Rovinghorse henna is proud to provide people in the Pacific Northwest with beautiful, high quality henna work and the finest quality henna and supplies from local craftspeople and around the world. We also offer Harquus (body paint), Glamour Mehndi (temporary cosmetic glitter and body paint), Glitter Tattoos, and Indigo. This year we are happy to add an array of textiles, drums, candles, wedding favors and kits available for purchase!

Rovinghorse henna has delighted crowds at The Portland Rose Festival, Tigard Balloon Fest, Multnomah County Fair, The Portland Pirate Festival, Salem World Beat and various Portland street fairs and events. We have provided henna for the Friends of Saudi Arabia exhibit at Portland State University, Western Oregon University, Macy’s Department Stores, Gypsy Caravan Dance Studio, and at many Weddings, Mehendi parties/ Sangeets, corporate events and private events in Portland and the PNW.

Our internationally certified Natural Henna artist creates rich, intricately detailed designs for weddings and extra special occasions and fun festival themed designs for any budget for fairs and parties. Customers always receive a choice of free glitter and gems with their henna. We specialize in Bridal Mehendi and can accommodate requests for traditional designs from many diverse cultures, halal designs, and contemporary fusion design. We can also provide special Bridal packages including day of wedding henna embellishment with glitter pastes and gems. We are able to accommodate events and parties with large numbers of guests by providing more than one artist if need requires. Our artists are professional, skilled and quick.

Every henna we do is an original done freehand, and is meant to be a pampering experience of an ancient form of adornment. Rovinghorse henna treats their clients like royalty and delivers a henna experience fit for a queen or king.

We are also very happy to be offering workshops on the history, cultures and traditions, and art of henna to schools, libraries, and youth organizations.
